Responsabilidades
The Senior Underwriter Technology is a key contributor and thought leader within the Technology practice, responsible for the performance, profitability, and strategic development of the Technology portfolio. This role focuses on underwriting Technology E&O; and packaged solutions combining Technology E&O;, General Liability, Product Liability, and Cyber insurance, while mentoring colleagues and representing the Technology practice internally and externally.
- Act as a key partner to the Department Manager in developing and executing local market strategies
- Take ownership of portfolio segments, broker relationships, and strategic initiatives with accountability for growth, profitability, and portfolio quality




- Identify emerging technology risks and new underwriting opportunities and translate insights into go-to-market initiatives
- Contribute to product design, coverage enhancements, and market positioning
- Perform end-to-end underwriting including submission triage, risk analysis, pricing, coverage structuring, wording selection, negotiation, and documentation
- Exercise underwriting authority across Technology E&O; and packaged solutions including Tech E&O;, General Liability, Product Liability, and Cyber
- Lead complex risk assessments including large limits, bespoke wordings, international programs, and nonstandard exposures
- Ensure excellence across the underwriting lifecycle and maintain high-quality file documentation
- Manage aggregate exposures, rate adequacy, and concentration risks
- Take responsibility for portfolio performance, underwriting discipline, and governance standards
