Mission
Almirall is a integral pharmaceutical company with a focus on Medical Dermatology. Our goal is to develop novel therapeutics to tackle unmet medical need in the fields of immune inflammatory skin diseases, rare skin diseases and non-melanoma skin cancers.
This temporary Cellular Immunologist position within Almirall R&D;’s Molecular and Cell Biology team is focused on advancing drug discovery in medical dermatology through the development and application of physiologically relevant in vitro and ex vivo immunological models and assays. A central aspect of the role is the design of functional assay strategies to characterize biologics—particularly cell-depleting antibody modalities, while supporting target validation and mechanism-of-action studies in immune-mediated skin diseases.
We are seeking a talented cellular immunologist to replace a team member on parental leave. The MCB team is the
*in vitro*
experimental engine of Almirall research, responsible for driving the development of cell models and assays for the inception and advancement of drug discovery programs.
Tasks And Responsibilities
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the cellular immunologist will design and execute plans to identify and assess new therapeutic targets of interest in
