Tech Pipeline helps companies identify where their operations are slowing down and fixes the technical logic behind those delays. We are currently working with a major Spanish telecommunications firm to resolve bottlenecks in their internal order processing and billing cycles. This Junior Business Analyst position is a fully remote role focused on finding technical gaps where data gets stuck between systems or stops reflecting the ground truth of the business.

About the role
In this role, you will work on the specific operational problems that occur when a tech stack grows faster than the processes supporting it. For our client in the telecommunications sector, this means looking at why service orders might stall between the customer portal and the technical provisioning systems. You will not be building high-level strategy slides or theoretical frameworks. Instead, you will be tracing the path of individual data points through various internal tools to identify exactly where the friction occurs. This is a highly practical role that requires you to look at the vigente logs,



check database records, and understand the routing rules that govern how work moves from one department to another.

What you will be doing
- Reviewing system logs to find out why specific service requests failed to move to the next stage of the pipeline.
- Comparing data sets between the CRM and the billing software to identify points of manual entry errors.
- Mapping out the current step-by-step routing rules for technical support tickets to find logical loops.
- Documenting the specific technical requirements needed to fix a broken integration between two internal tools.
- Reconciling monthly usage reports to ensure that what was recorded in the database matches what was sent to the finance team.
- Updating standard operating procedures to reflect new routing logic after a fix has been implemented.
