We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and global rollout of a strategic digital learning platform for a leading multinational company.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a integral digital platform implementation.
- Define and manage the overall project roadmap, milestones, timeline and dependencies.
- Coordinate architecture decisions, supporting discussions around standalone versus enterprise-integrated solutions.
- Manage project governance, status reporting and Steering Committee meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, HR/Learning & Development and external vendors.
- Coordinate platform implementation, configuration and integration activities.
- Ensure successful deployment while maintaining flexibility for future platform evolution and new functionalities.

Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or Programme Manager.




- Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation or platform implementation projects.
- Strong experience managing global or multi-country programmes.
- Experience delivering projects from strategy and solution design through implementation and rollout.
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams within large organisations.
- English Fluent
