About the role:
We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to drive the delivery of payment products end-to-end — from discovery and specification through launch and post-launch monitoring. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, payments partners, and merchants, owning the backlog for a technical team and making sure what we ship is measurable, reliable, and moves the needle.
This is a hands-on role.
You'll be as comfortable writing acceptance criteria for a webhook flow as you are presenting KPI dashboards to stakeholders or digging into a payout reconciliation discrepancy.
What You´ll Do
- Own the product backlog for a technical engineering team: write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep the roadmap aligned with business goals
- Run scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and act as the day-to-day decision-maker for the team
- Lead product launches across payments, checkout, and API-driven features — coordinating engineering, QA, partners, and go-to-market
- Define, track, and report on product KPIs (conversion rates, authorization rates, error rates, adoption, latency) to monitor product health and inform prioritization
- Build and maintain dashboards that give the team and leadership real-time visibility into product performance
- Translate technical constraints and API doc
