We are looking for a senior profile with a versatile skill set, capable of switching effortlessly from high-level strategic planning to operational execution. You will be the pulse of the brand in Spain, responsible for launching our local presence and translating our integral vision into local success.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to elevate happn in Spain through high-impact brand activations and strategic partnerships. You will design out-of-the-box marketing actions and lead their execution from inception to completion.
- Creative Conception:
Brainstorm and architect disruptive, high-impact brand activations that generate buzz and drive user engagement in the Spanish market.
- Partnership Management:
Identify, negotiate, and nurture strategic relationships with local brands,



venues, and key cultural players that align with happn’s DNA.
- End-to-End Production:
Take complete ownership of operational execution (budgeting, scouting, logistics, and on-site management) to guarantee flawless A-Z delivery.
- Network Coordination:
Activate and manage your own trusted network of local suppliers, freelancers, and production professionals to seamlessly bring these brand experiences to life.
