Responsibilities and more:

At Adriazola Consulting, we open new doors for developing profiles who want to learn the B2B commercial world from the inside, with real work, direct exposure to clients, and a team that supports the process from day one.

We are a consulting firm specialized in business development. We work with general managers, owners, and directors of companies, helping them organize their operations, digitalize their processes, and scale their results.



We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that process from the area that drives it all, sales, working directly alongside the commercial team.

Candidate Profile

Student in their final years or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related fields. Languages: conversational Spanish and conversational English. Organized, with strong writing skills, active on LinkedIn, and genuinely eager to learn how to develop business with criteria and method.

What will you do day to day?

Research and qualify target companies using LinkedIn, Chambers of Commerce, industry directories, and building proprietary databases

Support the commercial team in active prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

Draft commercial communications in Spanish and English

Follow up with prospects and alert the commercial team when a follow up is approaching its deadline, accordin
