Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, investigate and analyze the performance of tools, workflows and anti piracy programs.
- Support operational tasks within Anti-Piracy workflows.
- Identify and report issues related to operations; create clear, well-documented tickets.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Document processes and maintain operational guidelines.

Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in
Python
(data manipulation, API integration, automation).
- Fundamental knowledge of
databases
and query operations.
- Familiarity with
Linux
and
command-line
environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (knowledge of IPTV and streaming protocols is a plus).
- Ability to learn quickly and adhere to operational procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken
English

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Interest in cyber-security.
- Interest in piracy/anti-piracy.
