? HR Administration & Payroll Support Specialist

We are looking for an
HR Administration & Payroll Support Specialist
to join the Human Resources team and support key personnel administration and payroll activities.

Location:
Zona Franca, Barcelona

Working hours:
Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Contract:
Temporary replacement contract (minimum 6 months)

Salary:
€28,000 gross per year

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee absenteeism.
- Manage sickness leaves and authorized absences.
- Support new hire administration processes.
- Prepare and manage labor contracts.
- Handle employee and manager queries through the ticketing system.
- Maintain HR documentation and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Specialist.
- Manage company fleet administration.
- Support day-to-day HR administration activities.

? What We Are Looking For




- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Administration or Payroll Support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and personnel administration processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong internal client orientation.
- Degree in Labor Relations (preferred) or equivalent qualification (Business Administration, Finance & Administration, or related fields).
- English level B2 or above and Native Spanish
