Role Description
The German-speaking Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona. In this position, the BDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on organizations that can benefit from transparent hiring solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inside sales outreach,



generating and nurturing leads, managing follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves presenting Ansius’ value proposition to prospective clients, coordinating product demos, and collaborating with the sales and product teams to refine messaging based on market feedback. The BDR will work closely with colleagues to achieve pipeline and revenue targets while representing Ansius’ evidence-based, human-centered approach to hiring.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to drive opportunities from initial contact to qualified prospect.
