We are looking for a
Trade Marketing & Communication Manager, Europe
to lead and develop marketing and communication strategies that support sell-out acceleration, strengthen Hayward’s visibility at point of sale and enhance brand presence across European markets.





This is a key strategic role with strong internal and external exposure, working closely with Product Management, Sales teams, communication stakeholders, external agencies, partners and industry representatives to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing trade marketing and communication initiatives across Europe. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the annual Marketing & Communication budget, ensuring maximum ROI within the marketing plan.
- Ensuring brand consistency and brand delivery across all markets, including the implementation of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, loyalty programmes and other initiatives.
- Designing and supervising the communication plan, including both operational and digital communication actions.
