is an early-stage, pan-European venture fund backing exceptional founders from day one. We are generalists by conviction, sourcing the strongest teams across the continent rather than tilting to any single market or sector and we partner closely with founders well beyond the wire transfer. We are building a small, high-ownership team, and we are looking for an Investment Analyst to grow with the firm.

This is a pure deal seat. You will work directly with Ben and Luis across the deal lifecycle: sourcing, screening, diligence, and investment memos — with real ownership from the first day. We are looking for someone who can add value immediately from prior experience, and who needs no constant handholding. If you want real analyst work with direct partner exposure rather than slotting into a large, layered platform, this is for you.

What you'll do
- Source and originate.

Build and run proactive sourcing across the European ecosystem: mapping sectors, cultivating founder and operator networks, and developing a point of view on where the next category leaders will emerge.




- Lead diligence.

Own end-to-end evaluation of opportunities: market and competitive analysis, technical and commercial diligence, reference and customer calls, and financial review. Translate messy reality into a clear, well-argued investment case.
- Drive decisions.

Write crisp investment memos and present recommendations directly to the partners and investment committee. Form and defend your own conviction — we want judgement, not note-taking.
- Who you are
- 1–3 years of relevant experience,

ideally in venture capital as an analyst or intern. You add value immediately from prior experience; this is not a role for someone starting from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial and high-agency.

You operate without a playbook, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and would rather ask forgiveness than permission. You want to build, ship, and run something yourself.
