Mission
A Bioanalytics Scientist is sought to join the Bioanalytics, CMC Product Development area within the Scientific Innovation Office at Grifols, a company specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of purified plasma-derived therapeutic proteins obtained through the fractionation of human plasma.

Main Mission
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, planning, coordinating,



and executing the technical aspects of assigned projects within the established timelines. They will ensure that all analytical developments, method validations, and related activities are performed in compliance with internal procedures and applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Design, plan, and oversee laboratory studies and experimental activities to ensure high-quality scientific outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, including statistical analysis, trend evaluation, and graphical data presentation.
- Prepare and present scientific results through clear technical reports, presentations, and cross-functional communications.
