Job Description

The Compensation & Benefit Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of reward programmes and processes across the organisation, with a strong focus on system-driven compensation management.

The position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compensation cycles and reward initiatives, leveraging
Workday (Advanced Compensation)
to drive accuracy, efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation cycles




- Support the execution of the annual merit review and bonus cycles, including system setup, coordination and query resolution
- Act as a key point of contact for HRBPs and managers during compensation cycles, providing guidance on tools and processes

Workday Advanced Compensation

Actively contribute to the configuration and maintenance of
Workday Advanced Compensation
, ensuring processes are correctly built, tested and deployed
- Maintain and monitor compensation processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity and a high-quality user experience

Rewards Projects
- Support the design, implementation and management of incentive schemes across different employee populations (e.g. corporate, hotel-based, and function-specific roles), ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities
