Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) - Spanish to evaluate a new personalization feature for an advanced AI model. You will assess how well the model integrates personal context from past conversations, emails, search activity, and video interactions to deliver more relevant responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated responses based on personalization dimensions including grounding, integration, and helpfulness.

• Design creative, multi-turn prompts grounded in real-life personal experiences to test the model’s capabilities.

• Identify instances of incorrect personalization, flawed inferences, and unnatural forced connections in model outputs.

• Perform side-by-side comparisons of AI responses to detect subtle discrepancies and inconsistencies.

• Provide detailed,



data-driven feedback on the model’s ability to reflect individual user context accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write Spanish at a high level of proficiency.

• Experience in prompt engineering, especially for multi-turn conversational AI systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess nuanced and ambiguous AI-generated responses.

• Attention to detail in evaluating subtle differences between personalized outputs and generic responses.

• Familiarity with AI personalization concepts and evaluation frameworks.

• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for testing purposes.

• Full-time availability in your local time zone to support integral 24-hour operations.
