Accountabilities




- Perform system testing and analysis to validate fraud platform functionality and ensure alignment with documented requirements, operational standards, and regulatory expectations.
- Execute and monitor operational procedures and controls across assigned systems to maintain accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related incidents, managing issue identification, escalation, tracking, and resolution activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues.
- Manage vendor-related cases, monitoring progress and ensuring closure in line with established governance processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system changes, testing activities, operational procedures, and issue management.
