SLNG is building the backbone for real-time speech AI, enabling developers to run voice applications anywhere in the world with local compliance and ultra-low latency.

We’re bringing that San Francisco mindset to Europe with our first hub in Barcelona, and we have the support of leading international VCs and Angels who are backing the SLNG journey.

From real-time transcription to voice AI applications, SLNG is creating the Voice AI gateway that will empower the next generation of speech-powered products.

As Forward Deployed Speech Engineer you’ll work directly with Luke, and customers, embedding with their teams to ship real-world speech AI. This is a technical + customer-facing role,



perfect for builders who love variety.

- Prototype a voice agent for a fintech compliance use case.
- Debug a live deployment in production with urgency.
- Solve API/inference challenges.
- Partner with customers to implement SLNG.
- Capture customer feedback → product roadmap.

Requirements

- Strong developer + communicator.
- Python/Node.js/WebRTC/WebSockets.
- Customer empathy + adaptability.
