City Sales Lead — Barcelona

Ever wanted your sales targets to actually mean something?

Battle Cancer is a general fitness fundraising movement. Thousands of athletes take on our events every year — teams of friends, gym communities and first-timers — all raising money to support people affected by cancer. We run events across the UK, Europe, the US and beyond, and we're now putting a dedicated Sales Lead on the ground in Barcelona.

Barcelona's fitness community is passionate, tight-knit and growing fast — and we want someone at the heart of it selling our event to every gym, box and corporate team in the city.

The role

You'll own sales for our Barcelona event. That means one thing above all: getting teams signed up. You'll be out in the local fitness scene — in gyms, at competitions, on the phone, in the DMs — building relationships and converting them into registered teams, sold tickets and a packed event floor.

You'll report to our Global Sales Lead, work with a passionate international team,



and be measured on clear targets with bonuses when you hit them.

What you'll do
- Drive team and athlete registrations to target for the Barcelona event.
- Activate local gyms, boxes and studios as Battle Cancer hubs.
- Convert corporate leads into company teams.
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM and report weekly on progress.
- Represent Battle Cancer across the Barcelona fitness community — from CrossFit boxes and HYROX gyms to run clubs and corporate wellness.
- Support event weekend delivery and drive re-registrations after.

Who you are
- A proven salesperson — you've hit targets before and can show it.
- Connected to (or hungry to embed in) the Barcelona fitness scene.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Genuinely motivated by the cause — this job funds real impact.
