Ibiza Estates is looking for a highly organized, proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Ibiza. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, ensuring that marketing projects, content and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What you'll do
- Be the right hand to our Marketing Manager, keeping projects organized and moving forward.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, content planning and production schedules.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, deadlines and internal planning.
- Create and edit content using Canva and CapCut.
- Plan and schedule social media content, with a strong understanding of what performs well.
- Ensure all content reflects the Ibiza Estates brand and visual identity.
- Assist during photo and video shoots,



including filming B-roll and supporting production.
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively solve problems before they arise.

What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Confident using Canva and CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media and content creation.
- Great eye for branding, aesthetics and detail.
- Independent, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (Dutch, German or Spanish is a plus).
- Based in Ibiza with a valid driver's license and your own car.
