As Senior Manager, Data and AI Architecture, you are leading our enterprise data management, engineering, modelling and AI capabilities. Your role is to be a leader within the broader integral data, analytics and AI team to drive the design and implementation of our modern data and insights platform. You will oversee data engineering and data management teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that support business strategy and deliver value across the organization.

You will be accountable for the end to end design and delivery of data architecture from data ingestion through data and semantic modelling.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the architecture for data, analytics, and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy, in partnership with the broader enterprise architecture team




- Oversee and guide data engineering and data management teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, data models, and storage solutions, integrating diverse data sources into a unified ecosystem with data quality controls, monitoring and incident workflows
- Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and governance for data engineering, data management, and AI development
- Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and certification processes to ensure data reliability and traceability
- Promote metadata-driven approaches for agile and automated governance, including design and implementation of data dictionaries, glossaries, catalogs and lineage tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leaders to translate business requirements into architectural solutions with semantic models
