Your Role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to own THEKER's financial operations during this critical phase of growth.

Your mission is clear: build the financial infrastructure, establish controls, and give leadership full visibility over the company's financial health at all times. You will own day-to-day financial operations, from cash management and month-end close to cost control and compliance,



ensuring the company runs with discipline and accuracy.

This is a hands-on, operational role. You will work closely with the founding team on financial decisions as they arise, but your primary focus is execution: keeping the books clean, the numbers accurate, and the processes running without gaps.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or FP&A; roles.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, cost control, and cash management.
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch and drive decisions based on data.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate independently with limited guidance.
- Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site role).
