We are looking for a Team Lead SA LCS Backoffice Western Europe to lead and develop our regional Lifecycles Services internal teams, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused quotation and order handling across multiple subsidiaries in Western Europe. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational performance, drive process improvement, and build strong collaboration across an international business environment.

As a key link between Sales Coordinators, Field Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Order Management, and other technical functions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and supporting our Lifecycle Services (LCS) business.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Sales Coordinator teams across multiple Western European subsidiaries, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
