The Inorganic Pigments Consortium (IPC) was created on July 10, 2008, under the legal form of a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), with its headquarters in Castellón, Spain. The purpose of the IP Consortium is to jointly comply with the legal obligations related to the EU REACH and CLP Regulations for complex inorganic pigments.
IPC has 25 member companies, grouping the major manufacturers and importers of complex inorganic pigments in the European Union.
The Inorganic Pigments Consortium, based in Castellón, Spain, represents the industry vis-à-vis EU institutions and supports member federations and companies in the implementation of EU REACH.
For its The Inorganic Pigments Consortium is looking to reinforce its REACH regulatory expertise by hiring a Technical Specialist (m/f).
Mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating and managing IPC’s activities related to the EU REACH Regulation, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on registration and evaluation aspects.
You will be responsible for developing and steering technical and advocacy strategies and/or programs to address regulatory developments, while taking into account the general legal and political framework, as well as the interests of IPC’s member companies.

You will:
• Monitor technical and regulatory developments related to REACH and, in connection with these developments, prepare position papers, input to consultations and advocacy strategies;
• Steer and support expert groups on these subject matters;
• Advise IPC member companies on regulatory developments;
• Manage IPC action plan on REACH dossier improvement and the associated IPC-ECHA cooperation agreement;
• Frequently interact with authorities representing the interests of IPC members;
• Represent IPC members in expert committees and in relevant external conferences and workshops attended by regulators;
