Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized general capabilities into localized execution.




This position is designed for an organized, process-driven frontline operational leader who excels on the warehouse floor. The role demands an execution-focused supervisor who can manage teams of returns processing operators, enforce precise product grading criteria, and maintain an organized, clutter-free reverse logistics environment.
The Mission & Core Scope
The Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct daily reverse shift operations (returns intake, item inspection, quality grading, and system registration) to ensure returned inventory is processed rapidly and channeled to its next destination with maximum value recovery.
The Scope: You will take direct, hands-on floor responsibility for the returns processing zone and its personnel, tracking hourly processing throughput, resolving system-status mismatches, and enforcing compliance with the
