Job Description
Owner of Terapia's patient funnel from acquisition to retention. The job is growth: constant experimentation across the whole funnel, backed by hard numbers. This is not a structured PM and not a manage‑from‑a‑distance lead; it's a hands‑on,



entrepreneurial operator who takes the patient side and makes it move.

Terapia is a two‑sided marketplace: patients (demand) and therapists (supply). This role owns the patient side only, inside the Terapia project (not company‑wide).

How will you make an impact?
You own growth end‑to‑end—from acquisition to retention. You'll run experiments across marketing, product, and analytics, working closely with developers to build a growth engine. This isn't a marketing role or a traditional product role. It's a hands‑on operating role for someone who loves finding growth through data, experimentation, and execution.

Find, prioritize, and test channels (SEM, Meta, influencers, podcasters, partnerships, organic). Run it through specialists, freelancers, or agencies—you brief them, steer them, and own the results.
