For this role, you'll be supporting 123inkt, one of the most trusted e-commerce
brands in the Netherlands for printers, cartridges and office supplies.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the person customers rely on when
they need help. Whether they have a question about an order, a delivery, or
finding the right product, you're there to provide a smooth and positive
experience every time.

What will you actually do?

* Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

* Answer questions about orders, deliveries, products and returns

* Find quick and customer-friendly solutions





* Guide customers to the right products when they need advice

* Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently

* Make sure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped

* Every interaction is an opportunity to create a great customer experience.

Requirements
