About the Role:





We are looking for a People Operations & Compensation Manager to build and scale the operational foundations that enable an exceptional employee experience while ensuring our rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

This role will own People Operations and Compensation & Benefits at Frekuent, partnering closely with leadership to design and implement scalable people processes, compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and compliance practices that support our growth. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while helping us attract, retain, and reward top talent.
