What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience
as an IT Change Analyst, Change Manager, Release Manager, Environment Manager, or IT Operations Governance professional.
- ?
Professional English level (C1)
required, with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders and integral delivery teams.
- ?
Lead and coordinate
high-impact IT changes, software deployments, and testing activities across PRE-production environments, ensuring operational stability and minimal business disruption.
- ?
Manage end-to-end change processes
, including review, risk assessment, approval, scheduling,



implementation tracking, and post-deployment follow-up.
- ?️
Coordinate releases and infrastructure changes
across multiple technologies, platforms, and operational teams in complex enterprise environments.
- ?
Maintain integrated change calendars and deployment roadmaps
, ensuring alignment between project deliveries, testing activities, and operational priorities.
- ✅
Strong experience working within ITIL Service Management environments
, applying best practices in Change, Release, and Environment Management.
