We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a large sales area in Spain and play a key role in expanding our business. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and leading a team of sales representatives across your region. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, reporting to the Managing Director, with frequent travel across your region.
Implement KOMPAN’s commercial strategy across your region, ensuring strong execution and market presence
Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement
Act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management, ensuring smooth coordination and execution
Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results
Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project-based opportunities and tenders.
Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity

8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including team leadership
~ Proven experience managing regional or distributed sales teams
~ Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
~ Experience navigating structured or project-based sales environments (including tenders or similar processes is a plus)
~ Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
~ Fluent Spanish and English
