OutSystems Tech Lead (Remote from Spain)

We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead (OutSystems 11 ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands-on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability.

High English level is required.

Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines
- Identify and resolve technical debt, anti-patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Solid software engineering foundation (OOP, design patterns, best practices)




- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2 3 years in a Tech Lead/Architect role
- Experience leading teams of 5+ developers
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps
- Strong communication skills in English
- English C1

Knowledge of security, observability, accessibility, and performance engineering
- Official OutSystems certifications (Architecture Specialist, Tech Lead)
