About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Pension Administrator to join our growing team based near Fuengirola. You will be a confident and professional point of contact for scheme members and financial advisers, handling queries with clarity, care, and expertise. What You Will Be Doing
- Administering a portfolio of offshore pension schemes,



ensuring accurate and timely processing of instructions not limited to contributions, transfers, and withdrawals
- Preparing and maintaining scheme documentation, member records, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers to resolve queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Keeping up to date with developments in UK pension legislation and industry best practice

What We Are Looking For

Essential:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A team player who takes ownership of their work

Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in pension administration, financial services, or a related field
