We are hiring a Junior HR Business Partner to support our EMEA HR team, with a primary focus on Spain and the UK. This is a hands-on role that combines HR business partnering with operational HR delivery, supporting employees and managers across diverse markets and business units.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will help drive people initiatives while ensuring the effective delivery of core HR processes. This role offers regional exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop business partnering skills within a integral organisation.

Success in this role means ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting managers effectively, reducing operational workload for HRBPs, building business partnering capability, and proactively using HR data to identify trends, risks,



and opportunities to support decision-making.

- Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK
- Provide first-line HR guidance and support to managers and employees on day-to-day people matters.
- Partner with HR specialist teams, including HR Operations, Benefits, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development, to support the delivery of business priorities, implement HR initiatives, and address employee and manager needs.
- Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
- Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision-making
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and pol
