Job Profile and Description





An Accounting Assistant performs accurately and on a timely basis, a variety of accounting tasks focused on account payables, accounts receivable and other duties as directed by the Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist or Accounting Manager. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. An adecuado candidate will have solid understanding and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivables, QuickBooks, and general knowledge of accounting and the travel industry. Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supplier Payments, Accounting Operations, Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:
