A prominent European financial services group is currently working with us to repair their internal reporting and data routing, and we need more hands on the ground to look at the logs and find the friction points.

About the role
The Junior Automation Specialist role is about untangling messy systems from the inside. At Tech Pipeline, we do not focus on high level strategy or abstract frameworks. Instead, we look at why an approval chain is stuck in an email thread or why a finance team is still reconciling data by hand every month. You will help us trace problems through various software tools to find the exact routing rule or integration gap that is causing a delay. This is a fully remote position that requires a practical approach to technology.



You will find where the source of truth is failing and help us rebuild a reporting pipeline that finally stays accurate. The work is concrete and often involves looking at how different departments pass information back and forth when their systems are not talking to each other correctly.

- Reading system logs to identify exactly where a data transfer or routing rule failed.
- Comparing records across different platforms to find where figures are no longer matching up.
- Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) so that the client team can maintain the system once we leave.
- Assisting with the cleanup of stuck backlogs during the first month of a system going live.
- Drafting simple scripts or configuration changes to move data from one tool to another.
- Testing new routing rules in a sandbox environment before they go into production.
- Checking daily reconciliation reports to ensure that automated fixes are holding steady.
