Role Description

Every one of our staff members plays a key role in delivering the Vita Student experience for more than 10,000 students, whether they work in one of our international offices or in one of our buildings.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Spain and working closely with the UK-based Events & Partnerships Manager, this role supports the localisation and execution of the events and partnerships strategy for the Spanish market.



This role will help deliver an engaging events and partnerships programme that enhances the resident experience while supporting local marketing objectives and brand awareness across Spain.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the localisation and delivery of the Spain events and resident engagement programme, adapting the wider Events & Partnerships strategy to the local market. This includes tailoring activities to Spanish residents, cultural moments and seasonal events, coordinating with local suppliers, supporting event logistics and promotion alongside residence teams, and capturing content to support wider marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the implementation of brand partnerships in Spain, identifying and managing local partners across sectors including beauty, food & beverage, fashion, fitness and travel, while adapting integral partnership opportunities to maximise local relevance and impact.
