Are you an experienced people manager with a background in SAP Logistics? We're looking for an
IT Team Lead
to lead a team of SAP professionals, driving collaboration, employee development, and operational excellence in an international industrial environment.

This is not a hands-on SAP role.
We're looking for a leader whose greatest strength is
People Management
. This position is focused approximately
90% on leading, coaching and developing people
, with the remaining time dedicated to team coordination and stakeholder management.

What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of SAP Logistics professionals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing and positive team culture.
- Support employee growth through mentoring, coaching and career development.
- Manage team capacity, priorities and performance.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team.




- Coordinate team activities and ensure successful delivery of ongoing initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders across multiple business functions.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading IT teams (
People Management is essential
).
- Previous experience managing SAP professionals or working within an SAP Logistics environment.
- Experience as an IT Team Lead, Team Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager or a similar leadership role.
- Passion for developing, mentoring and motivating people.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Fluent English.
