About The Role




We are looking for an oncology focused Project Manager II to lead regional and integral clinical trials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will drive successful project execution while maintaining compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.

What will your job look like?
- Manage all aspects of clinical trial operations including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor oversight.
- Serve as primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress, financials, and risks; implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead client, investigator, and internal team meetings.
- Oversee site contract and budget negotiations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
