Role Description
The Growth Marketing Associate role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Plug.dev and its creator partnership programs. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting creator-led initiatives, and optimizing funnel performance across multiple channels. The Growth Marketing Associate will perform ongoing market and competitor research, analyze campaign data,



and provide insights to refine strategies and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and product teams, coordinating projects and timelines, preparing performance reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The person in this role will help scale growth experiments, maintain organized processes, and contribute to a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Market Research and analysis to understand developer audiences, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Foundational Sales skills to support lead generation efforts, nurture prospects, and align marketing with revenue goals.
