About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Country Specialist
to join our People & Client Experience team. As a Country Specialist, you will act as the primary owner of a portfolio of countries, ensuring our clients and their employees receive exceptional support throughout the employment lifecycle. This is a client-facing role that combines HR operations, employment law, payroll, compliance, and relationship management. You will work closely with our in-country partners, legal, payroll, onboarding, finance, and client teams to ensure every employee remains compliant, every client receives trusted guidance, and complex issues are resolved efficiently. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building strong relationships, and navigating the complexities of international employment.

What you'll be doing ?
- Act as the subject matter expert for your assigned countries, providing guidance on local employment practices, labour law, payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
- Own the post-onboarding employee lifecycle,



ensuring employees remain compliant and supported from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Manage and resolve complex client and employee queries relating to employment, payroll, HR, legal, and compliance matters.
- Manage client & employee escalations, coordinating with internal teams and local partners to deliver timely, accurate, and commercially focused solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a consistently high level of service and proactive support.
- Work closely with our general legal, payroll, finance, onboarding, and benefits teams to deliver seamless employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure employment documentation, contracts, policies, and internal records remain accurate and compliant with local legislation.
- Monitor legislative and compliance changes across your countries and ensure internal guidance and processes remain up to date.
