Tech Pipeline works directly with operational teams to clear out technical friction. We are currently helping a major Spanish retail company address bottlenecks in their internal reporting and logistics systems. This Junior Analytics Analyst position will play a part in identifying why data points are failing to reconcile and helping fix those pipelines.

About the role
The client has a complex data flow that often gets stuck between the warehouse and the finance department. In this role, you will be looking at the specific points where the source of truth breaks down. This is not about sitting in meetings to discuss high level strategy. Instead, it is about opening the system, looking at the logs, and finding out which routing rule is misconfigured or which data field is being dropped. This is a fully remote role where you will learn to bridge the gap between technical data and business operations. Your goal is to help us identify the drift in the numbers and ensure the systems reach a stable state before we hand them back to the client team.

What you will be doing




- Reviewing daily error logs to find specific patterns in failed data transfers between platforms.
- Comparing records between ERP systems and reporting dashboards to spot where numbers are drifting.
- Documenting the exact steps and technical gaps where a specific business process fails.
- Building simple data checks to alert the team when a reconciliation fails at the end of the day.
- Updating technical documentation and SOPs so the client operators can eventually manage the system themselves.
- Testing small changes to SQL queries or routing logic under the guidance of a senior analyst.
- Tracing the path of a single transaction through the entire system to find the point of failure.
- Participating in weekly status updates to track the progress of specific operational fixes.
