German-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist

? Salary: €26,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 performance bonus (OTE €30,000)

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join a leading integral technology project in Barcelona.

In this role, you will support small and medium-sized businesses in the German market by helping them launch and grow their online advertising campaigns. This is a consultative B2B sales position with a strong focus on outbound sales, client onboarding, account management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and contact new business clients through outbound calls.

Onboard new customers and guide them through the advertising platform.

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performance.

Identify upselling opportunities and grow customer accounts.

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.





Build long-term relationships with clients while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Native or C2 level German.

High level of English.

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, account management, or business development.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of PPC, online advertising, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Experience using CRM systems and AI productivity tools is a plus.

Familiarity with the German market and GDPR regulations is desirable.

What We Offer

€26,000 gross annual base salary.

Up to €4,000 annual performance bonus with additional earning potential for exceeding targets.
