Part-Time Klaviyo Specialist (Freelance, Remote) — Remobile

Remobile sells premium refurbished iPhones and Samsung devices across Europe (
remobile.eu, handyswap.com), with operations in Vienna and Dubai. Sustainability with a 24-month warranty — that's the pitch, and it's working.

Our email marketing is at the best possible starting point for someone like you: the foundation was just rebuilt — welcome series, signup forms, and cart abandonment flows are designed and ready to launch — but nobody owns it day-to-day. That's the job. You won't inherit a mess; you'll inherit momentum.

What you'll do
- Own our Klaviyo account end-to-end: launch the prepared flows, then build out browse abandonment, price-drop alerts, post-purchase, and win-back
- Run a regular campaign calendar (new arrivals, price drops, buying guides) in German and English
- Build segmentation (Apple vs. Samsung buyers, price bands, engagement tiers) and protect deliverability
- Report monthly on flow and campaign revenue; work with our tracking engineer as we move to server-side events




- A/B test subject lines, timing, and offers — and tell us honestly what isn't working

What we're looking for
- 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with e-commerce (Shopify strongly preferred) — you can show us flows you've built and the revenue they drove
- Fluent German copywriting for a DACH audience; solid English
- Comfortable working independently: you propose, we approve, you ship
- Bonus: experience with refurbished/electronics, high-AOV considered purchases, or multi-market stores
