The Role

Define & Own Content Strategy
- Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy across web, blog, gated content and video for Iberia, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives across Spain and Portugal.
- Define and enhance product messaging to effectively communicate our unique value proposition to B2B audiences in both markets, differentiating us locally and regionally.
- Guide your team in crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement, nurture leads, and elevate brand awareness.





Lead Cross-Functional Alignment & Team Execution
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to align content initiatives with GTM strategies and product launches.
- Lead your team through the ideation and production of innovative content, collaborating with agencies, clients, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure content resonates with both Spanish and Portuguese market nuances and cultural contexts; guide your team's creative decisions accordingly.

Drive Content Distribution & Promotion
- Design and execute strategic content distribution plans, leveraging both organic and paid channels to maximize reach and lead generation across Iberia.
- Manage content syndication partnerships with external databases to expand reach and impact.
- Optimize content for local SEO and market-specific channels.

Measure, Optimize & Iterate
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content campaigns us
