We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Insurance Manager
to join our team.

Reporting to the COO, the Insurance Manager has end-to-end responsibility for the design, placement, management and optimisation of all insurance programmes across the Group.

The role is fully dedicated to Group-wide insurance management, covering both asset-related risks (including aircraft,



engines, spares, property and other equipment) and corporate and people-related insurances, such as Directors & Officers, Professional Indemnity, General Liability, Cyber, and Employee Health and Benefits.

Key responsabilities
- Develop and maintain the Group insurance strategy aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Design, place and manage all Group insurance programmes including aviation, corporate and people-related cover.
- Lead annual insurance renewals, negotiations and approvals.
- Input to, and management of, the insurance budget.
- Oversee asset and aviation insurance programmes covering aircraft, engines and equipment.
- Manage Directors & Officers, executive and employee health insurance programmes.
- Act as Group owner for all insurance claims, including major and complex cas
