Key Responsibilities
- Business development and proactive prospecting
- Client meetings, needs qualification, and requirement management
- Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing technical profiles
- Candidate presentation and follow-up with clients
- Consultant coordination and mission monitoring

Candidate Profile
- Junior profiles welcome (apprenticeship or internship experience appreciated)
- Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
- Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence, and verbal impact

- Structured, organized, and rigorous
