The Planning Support Officer role:





There is an exciting opportunity to join our planning team within Property Services as a Planning Support Officer

Within this role, you will use dynamic scheduling software and works management systems to efficiently assign repairs and compliance works to craft operatives. You will ensure works involving Building Safety are correctly prioritised, scheduled and monitored to maintain compliance, while supporting an efficient, economic and high-quality service for customers and partners.

You will work with the Planning Manager and Planning Team Leader to support continuous improvement across Property Services and deliver excellent customer-focused service in every aspect of service delivery.
