Mission:

As a
Agile Transformation Lead
, your mission will be to be a key driver of the company's organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy, who can help scale the company's processes, culture,



and team autonomy.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.
- Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.
- Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.
- Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.
- Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
- Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy, and foster
