Working time model: Full-time contract (40h)

Job Location: Fully remote based in Europe, ideally Spain, Germany, The UK, The Netherlands, France, Italy or Austria

Job Mission

We are looking for a broad marketing generalist who enjoys both thinking and doing.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help develop and deliver global marketing initiatives across our PPE portfolio, including ADIDAS PRO WORK.



While the overall marketing direction and priorities are set by the Head of Marketing, you will play an active role in shaping how initiatives come to life, exploring options, developing recommendations, challenging ideas constructively and turning strategic objectives into practical marketing programmes.

This is not a specialist role focused on a single marketing discipline. As part of a small integral marketing team, you will contribute across the full marketing mix, supporting a variety of initiatives including product launches, trade and channel marketing, creative development, digital communications, PR, events and commercial activation.

The variety of projects will evolve as the business grows, but your role will remain the same: bringing structure, creativity, commercial thinking and strong execution to every initiative you support.
