Topdon Europe is recruiting a Marketing Operations Specialist for the European market.

Job Main Duties:
- Distributor Support & Account Enablement: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all European distributor marketing enquiries (excluding direct design execution).
- Brand Alignment & Governance: Distribute marketing assets, ensure distributors strictly adhere to corporate brand standards, and manage the internal deployment of product documentation.
- Database Management:



Maintain, update, and proactively promote the use of the internal platform as the single source of truth for product data for the sales team and regional clients.
- Exhibition & Event Logistics: Take full lifecycle ownership of European trade shows, managing relationships and timelines with external suppliers, booth builders, and logistics partners.
- Administrative & Billing Accuracy: Coordinate closely with the Finance department to implement rigorous pre-event checklists, ensuring 100% accuracy in cross-border billing and commercial invoicing between regional entities.
- Workflow Optimization (Odoo): Structure incoming project requests into organized, transparent pipelines within Odoo, translating business needs into clear briefs for the internal design team.
