We are looking for a Account Manager to join our sales team based in Palma.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze client accounts and expansion opportunities: monitor sales progress and advise on appropriate actions to boost sales in each market.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with the assigned portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving the success of our accounts.
- Identifying new growth opportunities and proposing value-added solutions.




- Manage email communications with clients, offices, contractors, etc., to optimize actions on accounts.
- Handle specific client incidents in hotels or contracted services, cross-checking data between clients and our offices (portfolio review, missing information, etc.).
- Review client mapping/situation (product, destinations) and FTP cross-checks (with clients).
- Participate in relevant trade fairs to maintain contact with clients and explore new business opportunities.

Knowledge:
- Degree in Tourism or a related field.
- CRM knowledge.
- At least 3 year of experience in the travel industry.
- Advanced level of English. Any other language is a plus.
